I first met Michelle after being bounced from one FNP to another. I was beginning to think I was the red headed stepchild. Right away I knew I was with a different situation. Michelle is the epitome of what you hope for in a medical expert ; knowledgeable, professional, caring and a problem solver. I have had 3 appointments with her since that first appointment and am hoping for no more change. PISA is a main ingredient in helping to control the pain I have in more than one area and frankly helps me to experience some sort of semblance of a normal life. It’s always a pleasure to see Dr Cubillo. Everytime I see him he asks about my past activities. (Vacations etc). That really lets me know that he actually listens to me when I talk. The assistants are also always very friendly.
Dr. Cubillo is very soft spoken in a way to help you relax. He always tells you ahead of time what to anticipate. He has an excellent bedside manner and he’s compassionate. Highly recommend.
