I had some administrative & medical unresolved issues. Lindsey Carter immediately undertook to resolve all of them. Ms. Carter did so professionally, positively, and compassionately ! I was , and am, grateful for her immediate response.
Being in significant and constant pain, I know I ,(sometimes ), can be difficult.
Lindsey listened to my concerns, then answered my questions and complaints, and charted a plan that will hopefully put me on a path to reduce my pain, as well as answering my concerns and questions.

Nicole is a genuinely concerned provider. She has your well being as a top priority. The ability to relieve most or all my pain is her main focus. It’s always helpful to see a Dr that listens and understands me. I would highly recommend Nicole or any of the providers that I’ve seen. All the providers, support staff and front office personnel are courteous and caring.

Dr. Cornidez is an extraordinary physician. Always upbeat and willing to listen to your problems. Does the very best to solve the pain you are feeling. I wouldn’t want to have to change doctors for any reason. The other people assisting are always helpful and pleasant. I have never had a problem with anyone at his office. They are great.

Lindsay Carter is my newer provider at the clinic. I have been going here for many years. She is very good at what she does. Very pleasant and caring. Don’t hesitate in asking to have her as your provider!

During my first visit with Dr. Cubillo, I explained my pain and shared my x-ray results. He is an exceptionally skilled communicator and after a brief conversation I felt that he had learned a lot more about me that might be relevant to my successful treatment. He also explained the next imaging and treatments and encouraged me to ask questions.

I have been seeing Michelle Boone for quite some time for both med management and trigger point injections. Michelle is an amazing provider, she listens attentively, is easy to talk to and is willing to try more than one approach for best patient outcomes. I couldn’t recommend a better provider.
