I had a great visit with your office and Dr. Bailey, MD. I was treated for back pain a few years ago. Everyone I’ve encountered are very professional and really care about the patients. I’ve recommended your group to everyone and will continue doing it.

I have been a patient of Pain Institute of S AZ since 2006, under the care of Dr Bullock. I was blessed that he took on my case. At some point, it was determined that everything had been done that possible to do, as facets in my spine were being filled by aspects of my condition. It was decided that the best could be was to help me with the pain, I experience daily. At one point Lindsay Carter was assigned on my case. I am so happy that has been, because she is one of the best, with her sincerity and honest concern. Thank you!
