I think Noel is a great listener. Noel makes eye contact with me and listens to me very carefully every time. He makes many observations and has several suggestions until he pinpoints what I’m trying to say. He is very helpful fixing my complaints and problems with the pharmacy too. I think Noel Ramos is excellent! He has always gotten me right where dr. Duran needs to go for my injections. They have always helped. I think the Pain Institute staff and my doctors are SUPER !!
