She [America Ramirez, FNP-C] is always very clear about the next steps available in my plan of care, while consistently engaging me in the decision-making process in that plan. Her bedside manner is such that she puts me at ease by actively listening to my concerns, and responding accordingly. My appointments with her leave me feeling at least a little better than when I arrive at the office, even if it is just for a follow-up, because I feel listened to, well-advised and well-reminded to be hopeful in my pain-relief journey. Because of providers like her, I don’t feel like I am on that journey by myself.
It is a pleasure going to my appointments, no hassles, great advice and I feel like my well being is a top priority.
FNP Ramírez makes me feel welcome at their clinic. She has been very helpful addressing my concerns, listens to needs and is respectful. Great medical service provider.
