Gemma wants to fix the pain issue also she listens to what is happening to each person with interest at heart, she is calm when my pain is high and not myself and with that calmness makes me feel better just knowing she cares about me. She knows how to reach inside each person an pull out the issues to put the right way to help me guide me through it, knows what medication to give me, I love her ways as my doctor and friend. Doctors like her are hard to find as I have been through many surgeries with struggling to use the right medication so I can have a better day, with 5 major neck surgeries low back pain and both hands with carpal tunnel syndrome, she is the best doctor I have ever met or had over the 25 years of pain. I will never leave her profession work if she will keep me around, I am very grateful for her and hope she continues her journey as a pain doctor cause she knows her stuff,

Gemma is a wonderful PA. When 2 different pharmacies were unable to fill my pain medication. Gemma called me and let me know that I could get it at CVS. I’d been told I may have to wait a week or more before they would have my medicine. Nice to know that Everyone at the Regional Pain institute is concerned about me and so helpful. I have been seeing Gemma for years and she is amazing! She really listens and takes the time needed to help out. Not only is she amazing her assistant Alicia is awesome too. The whole staff is always pleasant and happy to help. I highly recommend this office for all your pain needs.

I have been seeing the Pain Institute for three years I have lived in Southern Arizona. Gemma Lopez always listens and communicates with me about how I am doing on my current care. She always finds time to answer my concerns with how medications are working and plans the treatment plans quickly and accurately. Her Assistant Alisia works well with her as a team expediting my visit. They are both very professional and personable. My insurance is workmans comp which is more complicated and they follow through with the ancillary details (approvals, prescriptions, office, etc). The office staff are helpful, professional, and thorough. The office is clean and organized. Wait times are usually within 15 min.
