Gemma Lopez. Is you’re shining star, frankly, if it wasn’t for her, I probably would look elsewhere for my care. She is caring and considerate, and this is genuine.
Gemma works to find different solutions and listens to try and come up with best options. Staff and caregivers have always been very courteous and knowledgeable in the years I have been coming here
