Provider [Jared Gilman, MD] was helpful, professional and attentive. I was able to get the treatment I asked for, for the very next day because of an urgency I identified to him.
I was impressed with the professional quality, caring and friendliness of all the personnel I met, especially Dr. Gilman. Also the use of X-rays to locate the correct positioning of the hip injection was reassuring. My only suggestion is that something should be done to eliminate the amount of time to get to the receptionist. That is your first point of contact for new patients and the long wait does not reflect the professionalism of your office.

I am new to Dr Gilman because my prior provider Dennis Paul retired. Dr Gilman is awesome first of all he listens to your needs and your concerns and approaches level-headed and nice and calm, He’s offered me a couple of other procedures and continues with the procedure that helps me the most. Also let’s you think about how you want to spearhead your treatment and treat you with dignity and respect.
