Sharp, on point. Very professional, they did that procedure like I put on my blinker and made a right turn. It was nothing for them. He [Efrain Cubillo, MD] put three needles in my neck no pain meds, I will opt for the same next round.
I absolutely love my providers at Pain Institute. Everyone there is very special and has helped me and my pain greatly. Dr Cubillo does a wonderful job by explaining everything he is doing. Nicole is awesome. She is very sweet and easy to talk to and manage my meds.
Dr Cubillo is awesome, he always explains every procedure throughly, always answers my questions and listens to me explain my pain. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I’ve had my neck pain reduced so much I can do more then I used to. My knee just got treated and I felt 75% less pain the very next day. After the 4th barely any pain at all.
Dr. Cubillo helped me 7 years ago with pain from spinal stenosis which was moderate to severe at that time. Now, it’s severe. I came back to him because he was able to give me relief for a long period of time. I already got relief from the epidural I had 8/12/2024. Now I finally can pin point where the rest of the pain is coming from and walk again without zigzagging around. PISA and Dr. Cubillo are giving me back the ability to enjoy walking again.
Dr. Cubillo and his staff were really very kind and knowledgeable. It is easy to see how he cares about his patients. Dr. Cubillo laid out a plan of action and was sure I understood the plan and why do the plan the way he described. Just excellent service by Dr. Cubillo and all staff, medical assistant, and front office.
