Efrain is very connecting and confident – he is excellent
After trying steroid shots for a pinched nerve, Dr Cubillo did the “Mild Treatment” which involves scraping the ligament in the spinal cord by L4 and L5. It was quick and very effective. I would recommend it highly for any appropriate candidates.
