I couldn’t ask for a better pain doctor. He [Efrain Cubillo, MD] is excellent in explaining the injection protocol. There are no surprises and I know exactly what he is doing during the injection. I have been able to live my life more fully.
Dr Cubillo always listens to my concerns. Not all treatments have given me relief but together we work on it.
Dr. Cubillo was very pleasant and extremely thorough in explaining the issues causing the pain in my lower back. He discussed what treatment he wanted to try to alleviate the pain and why. I have only gone for a test treatment which has not given me the result we were hoping for, so I will be going in this coming week to discuss further options.

His skill with injections and their delivery have kept my chronic pain in a word manageable. I don’t know where I could turn and I don’t want to end our relationship anytime soon.
Dr. Cubillo is the most compassionate Doctor I’ve ever known. He’s the reason I’m a patient at PISA. Recently, I was diagnosed with cancer. I’m a Widow with family living out of state.
