I was so pleased with Dr. Cornidez’s personable and warm manner. Very reassuring since I wasn’t sure exactly what the treatment was going to be. However he made it as easy as possible and I had the first 8 hour night sleep in years. I did not need medication for pain as a result of the treatment, I had relief from the worst of the pain he was treating me for almost immediately.

America is terrific. I can’t say enough about her and how she takes care of me and answers all my questions. She always lets me know if I’m in pain she will do everything she can right away between her and Dr. Cornidez. I am in no pain (at the moment) and want to keep it that way.
I am so glad that I was referred to the Pain Institute of Southern Arizona! I so very much appreciate Dr Cornidez! He is such a great doctor: kind, explains what is occurring in my body and what options there are to lessen the pain oe possibly be rid of it. He really listens well to the things I tell him about my pain, offers pain relief options and explains them in ways that I can understand.

I was I emended pain. It took a few days for it to work but now it’s not as bad at all although I still get that pulling pain and my range of motion is not great. The pain comes on like a thief in the night. I agreed to stop PT and have gone to my message therapist who does myofascial work on my neck and traps and it seems to help quite a bit.
