Pain Institute Of Southern Arizona has given me my life back. Anyone I’ve ever seen from Dr. Cornidez to any of his PAs have treated me with kindness, honesty, and most importantly…. encouragement. I would not have been able to go back to dancing, hiking, or just standing without their medical expertise and state- of -the- art knowledge of treatments. Trying to stand in front of my open refrigerator with two canes thinking “all I can make for dinner is opening that jar of olives because I can’t stand long enough to do anything else” is a vision I have put long behind me. I’ve told anyone that has said anything to me about pain that they need to go to Pisa. I count my lucky stars every day I am able to do my exercises and literally live my life without pain and can start my day the best my body can give me. I know I sound like a paid commercial, but this is from my heart.
Lindsay Carter and Dr. Cornidez have taken wonderful care of me for 7 years. With 5 major spine surgeries and 2 knee replacements I am in very significant chronic pain. With there assistance in my pain management the pain isn’t gone but tolerable. They are both very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They are certainly the best of the best and I know this from experience. AND, their entire staff is also fantastic.

Been doing this for some 11 or 12 years. It is working trendy after the procedure but will get better the next days lr weeks. The Procedure (Burning nerves in my back) normally gives me over two years of relief and as much as three years. Dr Cornidez has beentruely great in reliving what once was a full time pain in the back …
Great experience. So far I have zero pain and I have really pushed my back test.
