Dr. Cornidez, Lindsay Carter and Angelica have always taken very good care of me. They know exactly what my chronic pain is and provide the necessary support that I need. Everyone at the Institute is always very welcoming and friendly when I walk through the door. I have to drive almost an hour every month to my appointment but once I’m there, I know that I will be taken good care of.
Lindsay Carter has been my provider for quite some time and I am satisfied with the care I am given and it is always done quickly.

I really appreciate Lindsay. She noticed that medications that were prescribed by another physician might be too much of one component, so it was eliminated.
