The staff have always been respectful and cheerful when I come to visit. I also like the coordinater . Yesterday I had a second knee replacement which went well. I’ve been going to PISA for appx 8 yrs. seeing Dr Cornidez for any procedures. Consultation with Lindsey Carter went very well. She’s professional and takes time to listen. From the front desk to the back all staff are professional and courteous. After moving home to Mississippi and unable to get the continuity of pain management care, I come back here for any treatment I may need. I’ll always recommend PISA to anyone.
I have been seeing Lindsay Carter and Dr. Cornidez for 7+ years as a result of four major back surgeries in the past 7 years. Two 10” Rods, 18 screws and two plates hold my spine together. Every surgery required nerves to be cut and that has led to severe daily pain. Lindsay and Dr. Cornidez have worked diligently with me to manage my pain. They are excellent at what they do, very professional, pleasant and efficient. The whole staff echoes there attributes. If you need help with pain management I HIGHLY recommend Lindsay, Dr . I have been a patient of Pain Institute of S AZ since 2006, under the care of Dr Bullock. I was blessed that he took on my case. At some point, it was determined that everything had been done that possible to do, as facets in my spine were being filled by aspects of my condition.
