I was referred to the Pain Institute of Southern Arizona by my primary care physician after suffering a back and neck injury in a motor vehicle accident. Doctor Cornidez and FNP-C Lindsay Carter are fantastic. I found them both to be professional, caring and compassionate. In three visits they have provided me with some relief from constant pain. I’m positive that with their continued medical care I will be back to normal. I recommend this practice without hesitation and look forward to my continued recovery.
