I have been seeing Lindsay Carter and Dr. Cornidez for 7+ years as a result of four major back surgeries in the past 7 years. Two 10” Rods, 18 screws and two plates hold my spine together. Every surgery required nerves to be cut and that has led to severe daily pain. Lindsay and Dr. Cornidez have worked diligently with me to manage my pain. They are excellent at what they do, very professional, pleasant and efficient. The whole staff echoes there attributes. If you need help with pain management I HIGHLY recommend Lindsay, Dr . Cornidez and PISA.
I have only seen Lindsay one other time but both visits I was met with a smile, professionalism and Lindsey listening intently to what I had to say. Very happy with this appointment.

I have been a patient of Pain Institute of S AZ since 2006, under the care of Dr Bullock. I was blessed that he took on my case. At some point, it was determined that everything had been done that possible to do, as facets in my spine were being filled by aspects of my condition. It was decided that the best could be was to help me with the pain, I experience daily. At one point Lindsay Carter was assigned on my case. I am so happy that has been, because she is one of the best, with her sincerity and honest concern. Thank you!
I met with Lindsey Carter only twice and in those two meetings with Lindsey, I got a glimpse of how she was a great asset to PISA. She came across as a no nonsense and very professional FNP-C. She couldn’t hide, however, the caring side of her. While ordering up testing to identify the sources of my pain I witnessed that caring side of her simply by how efficient she was overall. I’m off to a different FNP-C now to implement results of testing ordered by Lindsey and am looking forward to related benefits of those two short meetings.

Lindsay is well-organized, professional, accurate, and is very effective with her staff at maintaining pain relief. Lindsay brings additional resources when needed, scheduling imaging or other tests to evaluate any new situation, temporary or permanent. Bob
