I see both Christopher Bailey, M.D. and Kristen O ‘Dell, FNP. They are both very caring and compassionate. They listen, and address my pain issues.
Dr Bailey is great answers all questions and is always good about explaining the process as we go along Phone system is a bit frustrating Staff is friendluy and usually able to answer questions

You could NOT ask for more solicitous, caring, loving attention than Dr. Bailey and his entire staff! After several years of successful RFA treatments, I experienced a devasting pinched nerve after a recent RFA procedure. Dr. Bailey was most helpful when called, even on off hours. The pain became severe enough that a trip to the ER was necessary! After an MRI showed no breaks, etc. and a possible pinched nerve, he had me come in for further treatment to block/relieve the pain. His entire staff continually called inquiring about my status until I could get in for the treatment! I am recovered and healing—their devotion and caring and Dr. Bailey certainly went “of and beyond”!!! Thanks again and I would recommend PISA to anyone having painful back problems!

Tip top. My first intervention was 02/2024 and I was pain free for 17 months. Currently I am being carefully and thoroughly evaluated for another run. Dr. Bailey and his team are kind, informative and very competent . I cannot recommend them highly enough.
