Dr. Bailey was very patient with me while listening to my issues/concerns and was very responsive in coming up with possible solutions.
I was very pleased with my most recent experience at the Pain Institute of So AZ, and Dr. Bailey in particular. They were running behind schedule due to an earlier emergency, but the staff and the doctor were extremely polite in explaining that to the patients, including me, which I appreciated. Despite this, I was never made to feel rushed, and the entire staff remained there quite a bit later than usual that day. Needless to say, I will return for future treatments if and when they are needed.
Very professional service, seen as soon as I arrived. Staff was very friendly and efficient at getting me prepared for my procedure. Dr. Bailey explained the situation and proceeded to perform the injections. Was finished and departed within half an hour. This was the second procedure done by Dr. Bailey and both were the same efficient team.
The Pain Institute and Dr Bailey are very exceptional. I am very impressed with the communication, the office patient care room and his care, explaining of procedure and performing the procedure. Thankful!
