I am truly grateful for the concern and care I get at PISA. I realize that the complex scope of the care that is given is scrutinized and I feel safe and cared for by the entire staff. They have a tough occupation and they do it well and above reproach.
Dr. Bailey did a great job of giving me a series of tests to decide the correct diagnosis for my lower back. The staff is nice and courteous. I would definitely refer my family and friends to the Pain Institute of Arizona!
Survey wouldn’t let me give Dr. Bailey 5 stars but the treatment with was 5 stars. Always concerned about my level of pain . He is kind, He is gentle putting with the injections in my back and I go home with no pain.

Dr.bailwy is great.he has helped me through out my pain journey.with epidural and injections, also with Rf for my nerves.on my cervical spine also my thoracic.i would recommend anyone if they are in any pain to see this doctor.thank you Dr.Bailey.
