My life has changed since going to Dr Cornidiaz. Suffered back pain for many, many years…until I met Dr Cornidiaz. Very professional but also patient to doctor is there. Well I’ve had my third visit with Pain Institute of Southern Arizona . I am very pleased with how they are treating me and helping me feel at ease with the pain I’ve been suffering from for 4 years before I was referred here. I am feeling more hopeful that I will be ok and my pain level has decreased some and I’m able to be less stressed and depressed from what I was going through . Thanks to Pain Management and their team have been very supportive and very nice to me . The environment is very clean and welcoming. I am glad I’m here.
