I first met Michelle after being bounced from one FNP to another. I was beginning to think I was the red headed stepchild. Right away I knew I was with a different situation. Michelle is the epitome of what you hope for in a medical expert ; knowledgeable, professional, caring and a problem solver. I have had 3 appointments with her since that first appointment and am hoping for no more change. PISA is a main ingredient in helping to control the pain I have in more than one area and frankly helps me to experience some sort of semblance of a normal life. Thank you Michelle and also Dr. Cubillo.

Dr. Duran actually pays attention to what you have to say in person and on many forms. He is personable, professional and always interested in your worries and thoughts. Noel Ramos makes a good side kick for this working pair. Both take the time and effort to explain all the ins & outs of your situation. The rest of the staff are all polite and ready to answer your questions. They fill in the tme and help your appt. be a success.

Dr. Farshad is very easy to talk to. I can be open about my pain and concerns about my health and feel judged which can sometimes be hard when dealing with pain management. The staff are polite, patient and understanding so I have no complaints up to this point.

For more than a few years I could not walk any distance I’ve been suffering with lower back pain since 2o13. Even though I was seeing a Dr in California I was never given a diagnosis if why my back hurts so much then in 2021 I moved to Tucson Arizona and the first Dr I saw about my back he gave me a diagnosis and got me started on physical therapy. Then the epidurals. When I moved here I was weighing 287 lbs. After I started treatment I started losing weight. I went from 287 to 293 and still losing weight. I wasn’t trying it’s just now that I’m able to walk for longer periods and I thank Dr. Jared Gilman for that. He basically saved my life.
