All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They know just what to do and how to do it. Dr. Gilman is a wise and talented doctor. He really tries very hard to help his patients in every way he can. So glad to be helped by this wonderful medical group!

I met Gemma for first time following an ablation on lower back. She was very pleasant and took time to listen, which means so much.

I started with Dr Bailey, who was excellent. I was in extreme pain in lower back and legs. After a couple of injections and a minor surgery the pain was less. While it didn’t completely resolve, it was so much better. I’ve been seeing Jasmine for some time now, and she is compassionate and caring, and a good listener. I’m able to maintain while awaiting surgery. I highly recommend both providers.

Pain Institute Of Southern Arizona has given me my life back. Anyone I’ve ever seen from Dr. Cornidez to any of his PAs have treated me with kindness, honesty, and most importantly…. encouragement. I would not have been able to go back to dancing, hiking, or just standing without their medical expertise and state- of -the- art knowledge of treatments. Trying to stand in front of my open refrigerator with two canes thinking “all I can make for dinner is opening that jar of olives because I can’t stand long enough to do anything else” is a vision I have put long behind me. I’ve told anyone that has said anything to me about pain that they need to go to Pisa. I count my lucky stars every day I am able to do my exercises and literally live my life without pain and can start my day the best my body can give me. I know I sound like a paid commercial, but this is from my heart.

Lindsay Carter and Dr. Cornidez have taken wonderful care of me for 7 years. With 5 major spine surgeries and 2 knee replacements I am in very significant chronic pain. With there assistance in my pain management the pain isn’t gone but tolerable.

They are both very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They are certainly the best of the best and I know this from experience. AND, their entire staff is also fantastic.

Shots reduced my pain significantly

Recently visited the pain center, the staff very friendly, professional and caring , it was a very busy morning , i was very nervous the procedure was quick with same pain didn’t last long i went shopping right after, Doctors Duran’s assistance even held my hand , thank you all !!

So thankful I found Dr. Martin. The pain I have had for more than 30 years is almost completely gone. my appointments never feel rushed and I never leave feeling like I know less than when I got there. dr. Martin knew exactly what was wrong with my back in less than 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable very happy that I went to see him you won’t be sorry if you go see them

Dr. Gilman is very through and on several visits has always been pleasant, concerned and efficient.
