I have been to 3 different centers now and have always been treated very kindly but today, today was different. I had a ton of questions, I was in tears from pain and I just needed answers. Ms. Victoria listened to me, she answered my questions, when she didn’t know the answer and she went and found it for me. I took up over an hour of her time and she rush me, she didn’t say I have to go I have more patients, she said I’m here for you. I understand, I’ll find out. I left still in physical pain but the emotional, anxious and almost panic were gone. Together we had a plan and I felt like I was the only patient in the world to her. Thank you forever Ms. Victoria for caring about me!
