Nicole is an amazing caregiver who takes time to get answers. It can be scary and tiresome living in pain, not having an end in sight, but she brings light to a dark place. Dr. Duran is awesome. He is patient, kind and gentle. He is persistent in finding what will help the conditions and pain that I have had. He has a prompt, courteous, kind and empathetic staff. They are also willing to work with you to schedule procedures and appointments at times best for you.

Kristen is a great listener and very easy to talk to. She understands all my issues with having RA for 36 years. She is very friendly too and cares about her patients!

Dr Duran is caring and wonderful

I have been in AZ about a year and my spinal stimulator that was implanted in another State has died, along with many more chronic issues. Dr. Bailey couldn’t have been any kinder and more thorough. He’s willing to deal with all of my issues, which is such a relief! Each and every staff member I had contact with was very caring and compassionate. I look forward to continuing my care with the Pain Institute.

Kerry is excellent at her job. She’s caring, and will do all she can to make sure you’re taken care of. She gives you options and new techniques information that will improve your health. I don’t know where I would be without the excellent care provided by the PISA. The pain that I continue to experience can be overwhelming and the injections are so very helpful. I am very fond of Dr Bailey and his crew. The PISA is my saving grace.
