Kerry was very forthright with me and honest. I appreciate her concern and help. Dr. Cubillo is also honest with me and has been great at getting me the relief of my pain that I need. There have been times when I could not get in as soon as I had hoped for an injection, but overall the care is very good.

Kerry is always attentive and responsive to my needs. Staff is conscious and respectful of patients time. I had barely sat down and opened my tablet to read when I was taken to the exam room. Kerry came in shortly thereafter. Kerry always listens and welcomes any questions that I might have.

The whole office/practice is very professional. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Farshad is supportive and considerate.

The prescription that was written, was back ordered and they did not have. I called and left word with America and within 5 minutes, a replacement prescription was turned on and I had my meds within the hour
