I have always been extremely satisfied with the care provided by PISA.

All staff and providers at the Pain Institute are wonderful. The clerical and MA staff are very prompt and keep my appointments right on schedule. My PA, Gemma Lopez is very compassionate and understanding of my pain and its causes. I am always made to feel that my care and treatment are a first priority. My visits are always a good experience.

Dr. Duran is one of only two doctors I’ve seen that didn’t tell me I’m “too young” to have chronic neck and back pain. He has been responsive and engaged with me, always willing to answer questions, discuss options, and listen to my experiences.

I have complete trust in Dr. Y. Very professional and takes time to explain things. His staff and nurses at the surgery center are all amazing. They make you feel comfortable before procedures which is a wonderful thing when you are nervous.

Dr. Duran is always wanting to find out what your issues might be and to correct them.

I had injections in my back. I was pretty scared. Everyone at the pain institute procedure center was extremely nice. Dr. Farshad explained what he was doing every step of the way. I found my fears were unfounded. He could not of been nicer. I appreciated the great care I received.

I was always treated very well there! Dr. Henry seems competent, he is kind, he is direct. All good things! I’ve only met with him twice however, but I hope to resume treatment when I return to Arizona. My only disappointment is how short and very rushed the appointments felt, but I think that is the new normal in medical care.
