Outstanding! First, I was thrilled to have had my appointment moved up because of a cancellation. The office was very busy, but everyone seemed very organized, kind and helpful. All patients were being cared for.

Dr. Bailey was terrific. He was interested in hearing how I was feeling and he seems to know so much about what is causing all my pain. He was very kind, caring and personable. Dr. Bailey gave me a prescription to help me until my procedure date arrives. We have a plan and I feel I am in great hands!
I am extremely thankful to Dr. Bailey and the Pain Institute. I highly recommend this facility.

I used to use a walker or cane when I first came to the pain clinic. After visiting the Dr’s at the pain clinic a few visits in about 1-2 years i am able to walk without my cane or walker. I still have pain but it is a tolerable pain. I still use my walker if I have to walk far though. The office staff always professional, and polite.

I have seen Dr. Cubillo three times and he is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained very thoroughly why I am having back/neck pain and what he proposed to do to help relieve the pain. I have had two procedures—shots—and each one was explained while the process was happening. I like that approach. I am having less pain several days after the procedures. Dr Cubillo has a very good presentation and I am very satisfied so far. The whole PISA operation is well run and very professional with everyone on the staff making me feel like all their patients are important.

Dr. Cornidez and his staff address all my pain issues. I’m am grateful to have amazing care and treatment options.

I went to see Dr. Elkins this week for a second opinion after wasting two years with a provider in Tucson. Both Dr. Elkins and his staff were great. Unfortunately, there was little he could do for me because I had used up my Medicare allotment at the other provider, He did offer me trigger point injections…that should at least help me get by until October when he can perhaps do a spinal ablation that was not completed by the other provider. I did not even know this clinic was in Safford or I would have gone there first. Very impressed!

Always the best care, Dr. Cornidez and his whole staff are very professional. I have to admit that I don’t tolerate pain very well, but the staff always makes me feel safe and they listen to me. I highly recommend this clinic. Almost forgot to mention, Dr Cornidez has amazing hands, procedures are completed before I even know it!

It is a very disheartening experience to talk to someone about pain and feel like they are not really hearing you. I’ve had that happen. I feel fortunate and I’m grateful to have been put under her care.
