I think Dr. Cornidez is the best. I can’t believe how he looked at my back history before coming in to see me. I don’t remember any other doctor doing that. I’m glad that Dr. Ayres referred me to him. I’ll see you on the 18th of July.

Dr Duran has been absolutely terrific over the years he has helped my lumbar spinal stenosis. Now he has implanted an SCS which is working fabulously.

Kerry is good. She always has a smile and laugh for me if I’m hurting or upset. She always has what is best for me at heart. She’s inquisitive, knowledgeable, and helpful. If she weren’t my doctor, I’d love to call her my friend.

I’ve had numerous doctors and PA’s and Gemma Lopez is definitely one of the most caring medical professional I’ve had. Gemma will listen to me and is always very positive. The entire office is great!

I’ve been so fortunate in my pain care by Dr. Cornidez. There are many challenges as we all know and it is so important to me on how he takes him time with advice, recommendations and positive statements.

I am very pleased with her care [America Ramirez, FNP-C]. She is responsive to problems & concerns and addresses them. She explains things. She suggests ways to address issues, and follows through. I must say I’ve seen a number of providers in the at least 5 years with PISA and they all have been wonderful. I have no complaints, except for having the pain to begin with!

Gemma and the nursing staff are wonderful to deal with everybody’s polite and helpful and this is much needed when people go through chronic pain like some of us. I would recommend this place to anybody that was looking.

When I was contacted to make an appointment, I was told there was no pain management office in Oro Valley, where I live. But there is! So my appointment was 25 minutes away, kind of impersonal. Just referred on for MRI.

Everyone is so kind and friendly. They really care how you feel. I always get in in a timely manner. Very professional but personable.

I have been a patient at this clinic for multiple years at multiple locations with multiple providers due to staff turnover and staff being relocated to other locations and I have been with NP Michelle Boone for quite some time now. Michelle is professional, compassionate, respectful and she really listens to what I am saying. She also takes in to consideration not just what her clinic is treating me for but my other health conditions that contribute to my pain. I find Michelle to be such an amazing provider that when they relocated her to an office that is 55 minutes across town I opted to stay with her versus changing providers. The MA’s that work with Michelle are also very engaging and quick to return phone calls and deal with any issues and that was invaluable when appointments were telemedicine. I can’t rate Michelle and her team high enough!

Dr. Cubillo is amazing, along with his surgical team! Everyone is very kind, and takes wonderful care of their patients.

I have no problem with Pain Institute. The staff is very friendly. They are always own time. The office is very clean. The doctor himself I hardly ever see or talk to when I go in to get my shots. The assistants handle everything and they are very friendly and efficient. I’m sure the doctor is there in the room and gives me the shots, but he never talks to me. Not even hello.

Mark is awesome. He always has helpful advice for me whenever I come to him with a new issue. In addition, he really listens and cares about my health. I couldn’t hope for a better provider.

I was very impressed with Dr. Gilman and the knowledge he had of my situation and his kindness and willingness to answer my questions. I highly recommend him. His expertise performing my injection was commendable. Dr. Gilman and the staff made me feel very comfortable with my procedure and relieved all my fears.

I’ve been seeing Gemma for years and she is the best. She is a great listener and does her best to get rid of my pain. I feel very lucky to have found her.
