My provider and the staff provide excellent care. The office staff is courteous and respectful of patient needs. Dr. Farshad listens to his patients and explains the treatment plans thoroughly . I would highly recommend him to friends or family.

Mark has been a God send to me in so many ways. With the constraints put on opoids, many of us have been affected. Mark does his best to find alternatives that make pain manageable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! He also has a super great empathy. He has been there with pain and “knows”. That means there is a wonderful personal touch that is a rare thing in this industry. As long as you are honest with him, you will have the best pain management PA in the area.

Dr Cornidez is not only very knowledgeable and professional in pain management and the myriad of pain treatments, he is also personable, compassionate, and he truly listens to his patient’s concerns in devising a course of treatment. Dr Cornidez is a remarkable member of the medical community (and EVERYONE on his staff is steller and top-notch too). I have had excellent care with Dr. Jared Gilman concerning my back problems, as well as my general well-being. I feel I have gotten top-notch care and I have had many successes with him treating my chronic back pain. He is also a very fine individual.

1st visit Dr was very knowledgeable and help explain issues withe a couple area of pain I have. Gave me a Neurologist referral for my restless leg syndrome which helped me get an appointment as many Neurologist won’t see you without referral. If needed I will definitely go back to see Dr Martin
