I had a pain emergency and the WONDERFUL Ayrisa (I apologize if I misspelled) fit me in on Dr. Cubillo’s busy schedule the NEXT day.
I was grateful he came in and spoke with me before the procedure. Kind, thorough, and I temporarily forgot how wonderful it is to have people care.

Although I am new to PISA, Dr. Gilman has been providing me with pain relief for quite a while now and has demonstrated a caring, competent level of expertise.

Dr Cornidez made me feel very comfortable. He listened to me, took his time in explaining things to me and didn’t waste time in having my next appointments scheduled which he will start working on my pain management. His staff is wonderful, very nice and professional.

Gemma Lopez and Dr. Kevin Henry have been treating me for multiple years. When I say they treated me…I mean they treated me like family. Their knowledge, understanding and professionalism is above reproach in my opinion. If your looking for a Provider who listens, takes the time to research your situation and truly cares these individuals are your team.

Every visit I make to PISA, I learn more about whatI can do to better help my situation. I get suggestions, recommendations, and even the occasional, “Awww, poor you!” which I sometimes need. Even in scheduling — I wish I could call her out by name — she helps me figure out the timing of my appointments, and even helps me decide if maybe I want to schedule a consult, if perhaps I’m not scheduled for a procedure, yet anticipate that my pain level may be such that I’ll want to touch base with my doctor. Sometimes the combination of chronic pain coupled with being single can be overwhelming. Nicole Nelson-Bridges and her staff, as well as Dr Duran make me feel supported, heard, and cared for.

I met Dr. Bailey for the first time yesterday. He was very pleasant and listen to me and answer my questions so I can understand them. He asked me what I thought about my health plan which I appreciated. He was very thorough and seem to genuinely care.
I did have an extended wait. He did spend the time that he needed to with me.

Gemma , She took my pain seriously after searching for someone to help me.She listened to my concerns.After seeing numerous surgeons that told me that my injury was inoperable.She looked for options due to me not wanting to live on pills. I give all the people that I deal with at this office a 5 star review. I wish I could give a higher review but they all deserve more because they do really care.

Doctor Mark is a wonderful person and Doctor, he is kind and knowledgeable and really wants to help people with there pain. When you leave there you leave happy
