He is down to earth and practical.

Dr. Gilman has been very
Dr. Gilman has been very helpful for my problems with the pain in my lower back and both hips. He always takes the time to answer my questions and explain treatment options as my needs changed over the last year. I always appreciated his attentiveness to our conversations, since a lot of doctors make me feel like I’m interrupting them from something more important.
He performed a Mild procedure for my lower back. It helped and kept me from having something more invasive. I received several injections for my hips which brought me up off the table a couple of times. Unfortunately my body is resistant to the injections. (Which did not surprise me at all.)
I need both hips replaced, as they are both bone on bone. I hope to have my 1st hip replaced in the fall/winter.

Dr Yelavarthi has been my pain management doctor going on 2 years and he as always answered every question and is very knowledgeable in pain management. Very personable and good at what is does. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about the staff from the moment you walk in to when you leave. Courteous, professional, and very easy to have a conversation with. Dr Duran and nursing staff are wonderful. Quick, efficient and have great sense of humor. They put you at ease from the moment you walk into the treatment room. I highly recommend this facility and Dr Duran.

Dr. Duran is extraordinary.. His friendly demeanor and listening skills puts me at ease.
When he asks questions his words are positive and he patiently listens for my complete comments.
On top of that he provides a great level of experience, demonstrating his control and understanding of my condition. I am blessed.
