Thank you for listening, and understanding my pain situation that I have been going through for three years too long. I am very pleased to finally be here after all the specialist and testing and other doctor visits that have been not successful with my situation , I was almost giving up and felt like no one will help me . I had no clue about pain clinics until finally I was referred from another doctor at another health clinic. I’m in the beginning of this, but I trust this and is giving me hope to feeling a lot better and being myself again. Everyone at this office has been very nice and helpful. Dr. Efrain Cubillo and Kerry Kopecky have been wonderful in helping me figure out how to get to the solution of me fe long better and I am so relieved I have their support their team I’m grateful . Just I am finally feeling hopeful to getting back to feeling better . Thanks to all the team at Pain Institute of Southern Arizona. ♥️🙏🏼👍🏼

I am so glad that I was referred to the Pain Institute of Southern Arizona! I so very much appreciate Dr Cornidez! He is such a great doctor: kind, explains what is occurring in my body and what options there are to lessen the pain oe possibly be rid of it. He really listens well to the things I tell him about my pain, offers pain relief options and explains them in ways that I can understand.

Nicole has stuck with always with option. Finally we (she) came up with a winning combo to get my pain level down to the lowest it has been in 6 years. And I have had a lot of pain issues with broken back surgery knee surgery heart surgery shoulder injuries. I am Humpty Dumpty and Nicole put me back together thank you

5 star. The staff and Dr. Are very friendly and professional. I feel I could ask any question to Dr. Martin if need be. If only I didn’t have to come in once a month, would be nice. It is hard to come across town. I do understand it though. Otherwise it is a great practice and has been a help to me.

Dr. Bailey was friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. This was my first appointment with him and came away feeling very good about the treatment plan.

I have had great care from Lindsey. She responds to my needs and listens when I speak. Great job !

Nicole Nelson Bridges helped me with pain management for quite some time. The pain arises from a degenerative spine which has already required two surgeries and a recommended third. With the help of pain management, physical therapy, exercise and a bit of weight loss, I’ve avoided the third surgery for over a year and an half. Nicole and P.I.S.A. have been a key part of helping me do that.
I especially appreciate Nicole’s kindness and her steady encouragement. I recently missed my appointment with her. I gotten up early and gotten ready for the appointment, but for some reason I couldn’t sleep the night before, so I fell asleep in my chair and slept through the appointment time! Nicole was so kind about it. She managed to reschedule me and I was able to continue my medication uninterrupted.

I just had an ablation on Tuesday and I am having no pain at all. I have been doing lots of things, cleaning, sweeping, mopping and daily things that I couldn’t do before . I have no pain at all. I am sleeping better at night and feel wonderful. That you for all my pain being gone.

Being my first visit, this review is based on my consultation to determine treatment paln. Dr. Farhad was wonderful…professional, thorough, and allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions. He explained what he felt would be the beat treatment plan and was honest about all pros, cons, and outcomes. Proactive, which I appreciated!

Physicians Associate Nicole Bridges is the absolute most sympathetic provider. I feel like she’s genuinely invested in my care, and she fully supports my goals. I see a better future for myself with her help.

We’ve had Nicole as our PA for over 2 years, we couldn’t ask for a better PA! She listens and inquires about all our medical issues and is always professional and very kind to answer any questions! We are truly blessed to have her.

Dr Gilman will never give up trying to help get you out of pain. He listens to my complaints and has always had suggestions to help me manage. I have been to several Pain Management doctors here in Tucson and Dr Gilman is by far the best.
