Exceptional care and treatment.

Lindsay Carter was absolutely wonderful on my last visit. She and Dr Cornidez have been seeing me for 7 years and 4 major back surgeries. They have each and every time been very professional, courteous and friendly. They are highly talented in their line of expertise as well as being patient and understanding. They are also supported by an outstanding staff that makes visits a pleasure not a hassle.

I’ve been seeing Gemma for a long min now and she is the best pain management Dr I’ve been to, she listens and does her best to get to the problem,, so happy you and I have her there at the San Tan office  thank you all for all your hard work,

Gemma has been treating me for years and she is the best at what she does. I am truly blessed to have her in my life and hope she keeps treating me as long as I need it.

I have chronic pain in multiple sites. PISA has been a great source of help and hope. Kerry is a wonderful person. She treats the whole person not just the symptoms. If someone has unrelenting pain, depression can set in. Kerry finds ways to break the cycle. Her caring nature helps so much. As does her sense of humor. Without a doubt, Kerry is my favorite provider.

My life has changed since going to Dr Cornidiaz. Suffered back pain for many, many years…until I met Dr Cornidiaz. Very professional but also patient to doctor is there.
