I have been seeing the Pain Institute for three years I have lived in Southern Arizona. Gemma Lopez always listens and communicates with me about how I am doing on my current care. She always finds time to answer my concerns with how medications are working and plans the treatment plans quickly and accurately. Her Assistant Alisia works well with her as a team expediting my visit. They are both very professional and personable. My insurance is workmans comp which is more complicated and they follow through with the ancillary details (approvals, prescriptions, office, etc). The office staff are helpful, professional, and thorough. The office is clean and organized. Wait times are usually within 15 min.

Dr Yelavarthi and staff are the best that I’ve ever had to care for my issues stimming back to when I started in 2016. Not only does he listen to you but his and his staff have awesome bedside manners

Ms Lopez was polite, professional and friendly. She was helpful and asked questions that pertained to my chronic pain.

She fits in with the entire regional Pain, Institute and everyone i’ve interacted with have been wonderful. There are chronic pain physicians, and offices, and this group is heads above the rest. They offer caring and respect which is hard to find and I recommend them tri everyone I meet. Thank you to Ms Lopez PA and the entire staff.

Problems with the support staff

I was seen by Sylvia on Aug. 15. Not only was she nice and professional. I really appreciated she was willing to listen to what I had to say. I always thought people that went to pain clinics were just going to get increased pain meds. She listened to me knowing that was not what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Dr Bailey and Sylvia Valenzuela FNP-C.

Always the best patient care. Dr Cubillo is absolutely awesome at what he does. Highly highly highly recommended!

My symptoms have and med use have decreased by 50%. Dr. Bailey is knowledgeable and sympathetic. I appreciate his sense of humor, too. I am in good hands.
