I chose the Pisa clinic over others. I received excellent care from Dr. Duran and all the clinic staff. I especially appreciated Dr. Duran for taking time, in an unhurried way, to thoroughly explain each procedure. The staff provided care in a professional and friendly manner as well.

Having suffered from severe leg and back pain [Sciatica] for 18 months and sought relief from Chiropractors, Masseurs, Physical Therapists I was eventually referred to PISA by a neurosurgeon and was assigned to Dr. Farshad.

Doctor Farshad immediately diagnosed the problems and set out on a treatment plan.

The final procedure was Spinal Ablation. This was an half hour treatment after which I was almost immediately relieved of pain . Over the next week I regained normal walking and the back pain disappeared. This treatment may only be good for 6 months – 2years, but the half hour ablation treatment can be repeated and repeated.

A pretty good trade off of pain relief.

I’ve been going to Dr Gossler for hip bursitis pain for about 3 years and been grateful for his help. After the shots stopped working, he recommended trying the PRP procedure, and hopefully it will prove successful. I appreciate his efforts and also his competent staff.
Only frustration is that calling the office leaves much to be desired!

Michelle gets a Five Star Review only because Six Stars isn’t a choice. I have been working with her for several years now and she is the most compassionate and realistic provider I’ve experienced. She listens carefully, and presents a care plan that is effective and safe. I’ll be a patient for as long as she’s available.
