I have been dealing with Chronic Pain since my third Cancer/Surgery/chemo and radiation. Nicole and Dr Cabillo have been empathetic to my chronic pain and are doing more to control my pain levels then any other provider has. My goal is to control my chronic pain so that I can lead a productive life as husband, father and grandfather. With Nicole’s assistance I have been able to maintain my full time career instead of early retirement. I am greatful to have Nicole and Dr Cabillo as my healthcare

My experience with couldn’t have been better. Everyone so helpful and caring.

I was seen in this office several years ago and placed on much needed opiod meds. I did extremely well under the care of Dr Cubillo. Moving back to the area, I called and renewed my patient status with the Dr Cubillo and PISA. My goal was to wean from the last opioid. I was seen by FNP Kopecky who was very supportive and gave me excellent advice. My last dose was on Good Friday of 2024. I did very well and had no adverse side effects.
At my last appt with Ms Kopecky, I was discharged with great celebration! I remain drug free and have no desire to resume opioid treatment. I am thankful to PISA and all staff–especially Dr Cubillo and FNP Kopecky.

Dr Martin is not only a great listener but does a wonderful job in explaining other alternative approaches and solutions. The facilities are neat, clean and well organized. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
