PISA is outstanding although I think they could be more aggressive and empathetic when dealing with their long-time patients who present with sudden onset of excruciating pain. Do not treat them as criminals or drug seeking addicts or especially if they voluntarily ceased all opiates 2-3 PRIOR. Kristen was good & did what she thought was safe..
