I first met Ms. Kristen O’Dell, FNP-C, about 3 months ago. She was very pleasant during our introduction, always smiling and exhibiting a sunny disposition. When we started discussing my back problems, she listened intently, completely answering my questions and taking notes. I was very impressed with her intellect and her capacity to interact with me at a level I could understand – I am positive she works with all of her patients in similar fashion. Based on her intelligence, politeness, and skill level, I feel very fortunate to have her as part of the PISA health care team addressing my issues. She was always prompt to all appointments and patient procedures, relayed all applicable information to me, and was careful to emphasize important points. In my opinion, Ms. O’ Dell is a consummate professional who would be a tremendous asset to any person’s care team – I would certainly welcome her back to assist me if any further problems arise. Give Ms. O’Dell an A++!
I think Kristen is wonderful. She has really helped me with my pain management. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with pain relief.
I had trigger point injections today by Kristen O’Dell and while they were in no way pleasant, the friendly demeanor exhibited by everyone in the room made it bearable. The medical assistant Juan was a joy from the moment he called me back from the waiting room!
