PISA is patient friendly. Staff was always helpful when I called with questions. I completed a medical history and was able to email it back! Dr Martin was very understanding of my situation (previously seen elsewhere) and pain. He addressed my immediate need for pain relief, ordered an MRI, and had me schedule an appointment to review and discuss a long term plan to managing my pain. This is just what I needed!
