Navigating the whole process after an injury is difficult and stressful. I was scared and did not know what to expect, but Dr Farshad was informative, professional, kind and caring. The entire staff was professional and they always go above and beyond. Anna and Cindy helped send paperwork that I needed for my disability claim and were always available when I had concerns or questions, I am finally feeling relief from the pain. I am optimistic that the next two procedures will be my last. Thank you, Dr. Farshad and staff. I will definitely let others know how much you helped during this difficult time.

Transition from my Oncologist to Dr Farshad for secondary bone metastasis pain was seamless. Prescribed a long acting pharmaceutical that is working much better for my pain. Previous requests had been denied by my insurance. Doctor and staff made sure there was preauthorization . No issues with my health insurance now. Received a letter from insurance for full year of coverage authorization. Very satisfied customer!

I feel like my Dr [Kayven Farshad, MD] takes the time to listen to me. I’ve never felt dismissed or unheard. My pain is real and my Dr is great at addressing my pain management and issues. His nurse Cindy is also very patient. I am given avenues to try for example physical therapy or different simple exercises. I’m very satisfied with my care here with my Dr at this office.

Overall I have been pleased. But communication has been lacking for me. The written and oral instructions were vague to me. To the point a procedure was rescheduled because I took my oral sedative before I arrived at the clinic. I never even understood what the “ablation” procedure was. Until I finally received a brochure about it the day my appointment was canceled. Once I was in the procedure room the staff was wonderful! Always helpful and explaining exactly what was happening. Those were my best thoughts about the pain clinic. Other than that… I can’t say I felt like a valuable person…
