Navigating the whole process after an injury is difficult and stressful. I was scared and did not know what to expect, but Dr Farshad was informative, professional, kind and caring. The entire staff was professional and they always go above and beyond. Anna and Cindy helped send paperwork that I needed for my disability claim and were always available when I had concerns or questions, I am finally feeling relief from the pain. Transition from my Oncologist to Dr Farshad for secondary bone metastasis pain was seamless. Prescribed a long acting pharmaceutical that is working much better for my pain. Previous requests had been denied by my insurance. Doctor and staff made sure there was preauthorization . No issues with my health insurance now. Received a letter from insurance for full year of coverage authorization. Very satisfied customer!

I feel like my Dr [Kayven Farshad, MD] takes the time to listen to me. I’ve never felt dismissed or unheard. My pain is real and my Dr is great at addressing my pain management and issues. His nurse Cindy is also very patient. I am given avenues to try for example physical therapy or different simple exercises. I’m very satisfied with my care here with my Dr at this office.
