Also, I had extensive interaction with Ms. Kristen O’Dell, FNP-C & Ms. Tamara Willis, MA – all were very comprehensive in explaining all questions regarding my procedure. I felt at ease discussing all aspects of the technique and am very pleased in having PISA personnel perform the surgical implant. Everyone at the facility is very knowledgeable & most cordial. Dr Duran is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. From the moment I arrived until my procedure was done I was impressed at the efficiency and personal attention I received for my procedure. I have seen Dr. Gossler for years before he retired. It is scary getting to know a new doctor but Dr. Duran has filled his shoes and then some. Thank you Dr Duran.
