Doctor Duran and the entire staff at the Pain Institute are fantastic. This was my third treatment with Dr. Duran for my upper back and neck. My pain level was reduced by more than 50%. I will be seeing him next for my Mid Thoracic area and I feel confident that I will get the same type of relief from that pain. For me he has been a miracle worker. Thank you PISA.
DR. Duran and staff have been wonderful and completely understanding to all our needs. And we all have been together for 2 plus years trying to figure out how to fix the issues that come up . I really loved this place and Dr Duran !! I haven’t been pain free in 4 years and now I can bend and walk better than I have in years !! I would highly recommend Him and his staff to anyone that’s needs relief !!!
Dr Durand was outstanding in his understanding, treatment assessment, and procedure. It was a quick, easy, painless procedure and I had relief within 2 hours which continues 5 days post. I am back to doing my normal activities such as golf, aerobics, home and yard work. Everything is wonderful when you are pain free. Thank you so much for your expertise and competent professionalism.

Great Doctor, great service. Very professional. All of my appointments have accomplished with little down time. Doctor Marco has performed injections on both my back and shoulder numerous times with no problems or call backs to him needed. I strongly recommend him for any pain relive issues. Dr. Duran is one of only two doctors I’ve seen that didn’t tell me I’m “too young” to have chronic neck and back pain. He has been responsive and engaged with me, always willing to answer questions, discuss options, and listen to my experiences.
