Dr. Duran is an amazing physician. He is so knowledgeable and always shown his genuine care for me. He is compassionate and always listens to what I have to say!
I had some administrative & medical unresolved issues. Lindsey Carter immediately undertook to resolve all of them. Ms. Carter did so professionally, positively, and compassionately ! I was , and am, grateful for her immediate response. Being in significant and constant pain, I know I ,(sometimes ), can be difficult. Lindsey listened to my concerns, then answered my questions and complaints, and charted a plan that will hopefully put me on a path to reduce my pain, as well as answering my concerns and questions. Dr Marco and his staff made me feel very relaxed and was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure. The 1st injection in my knees went great, I could feel some relief and looking forward to the next one.
Dr Duran is Fantastic, professional and knowledgable. And so is his assistant! Unfortunately they are a bit busy and when I could not get in for my appt I had to wait over month – I think almost 6 weeks for a new one. But I do understand because they are the best, so they must be busy. fingers crossed that there is a cancellation.
