I was so happy when I first met Dr Duran, he’s the first pain doc I’ve been to that actually tries to help with procedures to help the chronic pain rather than just throw narcotics at me. He’s patient, kind and understanding with his patients. You know he cares. Best pain clinic I’ve been to [after 4 others) and wouldn’t go any where else.
Dr Duran is very pleasant and easy to talk to AND he has a welcoming, firm and caring handshake! He had read over my history, was familiar with my previous care from Dr Gossler and really listened to what I had to say. Also, I had extensive interaction with Ms. Kristen O’Dell, FNP-C & Ms. Tamara Willis, MA – all were very comprehensive in explaining all questions regarding my procedure. I felt at ease discussing all aspects of the technique and am very pleased in having PISA personnel perform the surgical implant. Everyone at the facility is very knowledgeable & most cordial.
