Dr Duran is so wonderful. His staff is also pretty awesome. They’re all cheerful and when having a procedure that’s not comfortable they help keep ur mind off it and say all the right things and make it as comfortable as possible. Thank you Dr Duran and staff :)))
I can’t thank Dr Duran enough for the outstanding care and treatment I’ve received for the past 3 1/2 years at the Pain Institute of Southern Arizona. I’ve gone through other serious medical problems and have always received the best treatment I’ve ever received the past 30 years. Dr Duran and all the staff are extremely kind and caring. Dr. Duran was very assuring that he could help me. I had SL Joint injections 💉 done. He talked me thru it and was done quickly. It’s completely changed my life.. I have had chronic pain for 7 years, and finally I got a proper diagnosis and treatment. All the staff have been wonderful, friendly and professional..
Although, I have only had one meeting with Dr. Duran, I found him to be personable, thorough and direct with his treatment plan! His assistant, was so caring and supportive. Office staff were quite competent and caring as well!

Besides my back pain I have pain in my right hip that hurts so bad I can hardly walk. The injection I get really does help a lot. Dr. Duran always is very nice and supportive in helping relieve some of my pain.
