Victoria J. Taravella is a nationally Board-Certified Physician Assistant. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, with a minor in Psychology, from Louisiana State University. While at LSU, Victoria worked as a medical scribe and EKG technician in an inner-city emergency department at a Level 1 trauma center. In 2021, she received her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining PISA, Victoria worked for several years in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine, where her interest in pain management evolved.

Victoria is a compassionate and astute clinician who works closely with her patients to develop individualized and dynamic treatment plans. She enjoys collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and she is excited about the opportunity to work with PISA’s patients. Victoria considers it a privilege to help patients struggling with chronic pain explore various treatment options. Her deep commitment to helping patients overcome barriers to medical care aligns well with PISA’s mission to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Victoria enjoys traveling and learning her way around the beautiful desert. She also loves spending time with family and friends, and enjoys music, as well as playing with both of her very spirited dogs.
