Jared Gilman, MD

Jared Gilman, MD is a Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Specialist and is Board Certified in both Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation training at Virginia Commonwealth University and his Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona.

He specializes in diagnosing, treating, and managing chronic neck and back pain, joint pain, and nerve pain. He is passionate about treating each patient as an individual and he believes each patient has his/her own story to tell.

Dr. Gilman’s previous training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation has enabled him to provide a unique perspective to his patients with the overall goal of improving function and quality of life. With the help of his colleagues, Dr. Gilman is also able to utilize a multidisciplinary approach by incorporating physical therapy, psychology, medications, and injections into his treatment plan. He is proficient and highly trained in both ultrasound and fluoroscopic-guided procedures such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, peripheral and spinal cord stimulation, as well as regenerative medicine.

In his spare time, Dr. Gilman enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing sports as well as cheering for University of Arizona basketball.
