I am a new patient 1st visit. Can’t give much feedback until I complete my journey.

EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS, DR. DURAN DOES A GREAT JOB EVERY TIME….

Without hesitation I can highly recommend the Pain Institute and specifically Kerry Kopecki for her greatly appreciated assistance in helping to alleviate the constant lower back pain that I experience on a daily basis. Her consistent level of caring and her helpful suggestions have allowed me to function well in my daily life. She is truly a great asset at PISA and for her patients. Thank you Kerry.

I am doing great with NP O’Dell. I liked Sylvia Valenzuela so much. I was hoping her replacement would be as competent and likable and she is. Aside from that I get very tired of getting surveys so I can’t say anything positive about this survey. I have been coming to pain Institute of Southern Arizona since I moved here eight years ago and I am totally satisfied.

I highly recommend Pain Institute and Dr Marco Duran. In fact, I couldn’t recommend them more. The whole world should be run like this office! Efficient, professional, kind, polite, caring. Dr Duran’s diagnosis and treatment were spot on. Amazing.

Dr. Gilman is clear and to the point. I felt comfortable with he and his staff.

This was my first time at a pain relief institution, and I was not sure what to expect. My first impression was that the venue was welcoming, but I made sure to come prepared as there were many documents to review and complete. Luckily, I finished all the required documents for my first consultation day in advance. The person taking my vitals was very kind and patient with my questions; soon after, I met with Dr. Henry. I was pleased with how thorough he was in asking questions and reviewing my medical history and why I wanted to be evaluated. In conclusion, we agreed that I was a good candidate for a treatment he recommended and hopefully get my insurance approval. Overall, I was pleased with the personal and professional matter I was treated; I look forward to moving ahead to relieve my pain better.
