This was my initial consult appointment. Dr. Connor. He was very thorough, asked multiple questions to find out what the root cause of my problem was, and explained things in a layman’s terms so I could understand them. He also was very interested in hearing if I agreed with the next steps that he was recommending.

Linsay inspired confidence, was kind, quick and professional.

Friendly and efficient, Dr Gilman and I have been working on my complex pain issues for many years at this point (I followed him to PISA from his previous clinic). I always feel heard, which is crucial for pain patients, and I know that he is earnestly searching for answers to my ever evolving issues.

Found out that all the pharmacies are out of a pain medication I take for my chronic pain daily. Gemma was already aware of it and she put my mind immediately at ease. Normally I’d probably start to worry, but no, I feel completely like Gemma will get it handled so that I don’t suffer. I have complete confidence in her. As the year comes to an end I am thankful for the care I receive from the Pain Institute.

As a long time patient, it is a comfort to know that each time I have an appointment with PISA i will be treated with kindness and respect. My provider, Lindsay Carter always asks me what has been going on in my life and how I’m feeling. She listens and responds with compassion. We discuss ways in which a variety of treatments may be able to help me in my everyday life. I appreciate her consistent and excellent care. I always feel I’m in good hands with her.

Dr. Gilman is an excellent doc. Always puts my pain needs at rest immediately.

Went to urgent care, Went to primary care, both missed diagnosis.
Showed paperwork to Dr Bailey, he said Roll up your shirt took one look said John you have shingles sat down at his computer sent in prescriptions for anti viral and pain pills. This man was only treating my shoulder that day but for the 2nd time in my life he saved me from massive pain, he’s a wonderful person and a fantastic Doctor I would and have recommended him to anyone who wants a Dr whos cares about his patients.
