I only have good things to say about Kerry and the others I have had interactions with at PISA. KERRY is kind and she treats me with dignity and respect. I’m whole person, not just symptoms. A couple people were wearing t-shirts that said “PISA IS FAMILY” I get that feeling when I’m there. I’m also not in as much pain. Thank you.

America, is absolutely the best person to see here. I hand all the people I talk to her card and Dr Duran cards also. I tell them to get a referral for Dr. Duran, then ask to be put with America for their monthly visits. I recommend the Grant Rd office specifically because the whole staff is the best. It also has Dr. Eric Cornidez as well for anyone who needs his special help. 10 stars all across the board for front desk, back desk, the Doctors and upstairs for the specialty things needed.

Connor truly seems to remember me each time and asks follow up questions. He took the time to discuss my recent reaction to not getting all my meds one day and shared about my other meds possibly contributing to my reaction. He was patient and comforting.

She [Lindsay Carter, FNP-C] always so thorough and when I visited her I was not feeling good, she noticed and suggested I go to the ER. I ended up in the hospital and had to have blood transfusions.
I appreciate her concern!

Very nice Doctor [Jared Gilman, MD] listens to what you have to say and then provides the appropriate treatment. All the facilities I’ve seen so far are very nice and the staff are very friendly as well.

This office is very safe & everybody is good at their jobs. When somebody is out for a day there is always somebody else cover for them & I never have to wait even 15 minutes until they take me back. I am very pleased!

Dr Farshad is an excellent Dr. I was pleased with his bed side manner. I have no doubt through his wisdom and knowledge he will provide me with the best care possible. I have no doubt he will help ease my pain.

All staff very professional and you can see that they love their jobs. Dr Duran is the best. He’s compassionate and very personable. He’s very good with minimizing the pain during injections.
