Dr Cornidez is absolutely a top notch Doctor as his staff. I have been going to him for 7 years and 4 back surgeries. He has been working diligently to manage my extensive back pain. I will continue to go to him because I have total confidence and trust in him and his staff.

Dr. Cubillo is very knowledgeable with anatomy and provides me much relief with the cervicle trigger point injections he provides. I can not recommend his skills enough!

I have been a patient at PISA for many years, under the care of Dr. Cornidez. For a year or so I have been seen by and cared for by FNC Lindsay Carter. I always know Lindsay will listen to my concerns and make suggestions for my benefit. I hope nothing ever happens that I would have to search for a new pain care clinic. I know I am in good hands at PISA.

I have trusted and continue to have treatment by Dr Bailey for the last 2 years and have received the BEST care from him and the staff of the Pain Institute.

I see on this first pg no one is bragging on Dr Christopher Bailey, so I will.
He listens to the point he once told me that when he is with a patient that patient is his only concern.
He has an awesome personality.
He explains things in a simple manner so you comprehend.

Dr. Cornidez was very kind and explained things well. I am also grateful because they worked me in for an X-ray I needed. I am from out of town and the Pain Clinic was willing to adjust their schedule to give the X-ray the same day as my appointment, rather than make me come back the next week.

I can’t say enough to express how much the entire staff with PISA has help me. Without their continued assistance my quality of life would be greatly diminished.
